Embroidered Patch ensures a transparent and reliable process through our terms and conditions, designed to provide clarity and reassurance to our buyers:

1. Brief & Design Process:

Our craftsmen rely on the brief shared by you. It is crucial to provide as much information as possible. Our skilled team of designers comprehends your brief and works in accordance with it.

2. Revisions & Approvals:

You can request an unlimited number of free revisions in the digital draft provided. Once the digital draft is approved, no further changes can be accommodated. However, customer support can be contacted to discuss requirements, and the team will make efforts to assist you based on the circumstances.

3. Ownership Of Designs:

You retain ownership of all designs or logos shared with us. Embroidered Patch does not claim ownership of the patches. Even if our designers create the logo/patch/trademark/design for you, the end product remains your property.

4. Design Originality:

Buyers must ensure that the designs they submit are not the intellectual property of any other company. In such cases, Embroidered Patch reserves the right to take legal action against the client.

5. International Orders:

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for shipping and duty charges.

6. Order Placement & Cancellation:

Customized orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, a specific refund amount will be applicable as outlined in the order cancellation policy.

7. Shipping Responsibility:

Embroidered Patch is not responsible if shipping times are affected due to incorrect address or information provided by the client.

 

By placing an order, it is assumed that the client has read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Embroidered Patch.
